My daughter, a first time home buyer, and I enlisted Laura's help in searching for a house in the Boise area. As an out of town buyer from a neighboring state, I don't think we could have found a better person to guide our purchasing path. We made several trips to Boise to see houses that Laura helped us identify as potential purchase options. Laura's knowledge of the neighborhoods was extremely helpful and allowed us to make better decisions on which houses to view and her understanding of the market trends in the Boise area made our eventual offer successful. One Saturday she spent an entire day with us touring 10 + houses that she had carefully scheduled in a convenient order so that we could be efficient.
